CALM & RELAXED

Description

Essential oils are highly effective natural remedies for calming our minds and relieving tension in our bodies; they work holistically to promote a deep sense of relaxation that has enormous benefits for our physical and mental wellbeing. Many essential oils have 'Calmative' or 'Sedative' properties meaning they actively promote a sense of peace and calm or help reduce feelings of agitation and distress.

Calming Essential Oil Blends

Calm Kids, Heart & Soul, Love, Sanctuary, Serenity, Sweet Dreams. Choose one of our calming blends and simply add 6 drops to a diffuser. Combine 6 drops of a calming blend with 6 drops Essential Oil dispersant and add to a warm bath. For extra relaxation benefits, add a handful of Epsom Salts.

Calming Essential oils in Jojoba Oil

Chamomile (Roman), Chamomile (German), Jasmine, Rose. As these essential oils are diluted in Jojoba, they can be directly applied to the skin. Massage a few drops into the pulse points on your wrists and/or temples to help you feel calm and relaxed throughout the day. They also function as a natural perfume.

Calming Massage & Body Oils

Sleepy Lavender Massage Oil, Relaxation Massage Oil. Select one of our calming massage oils to massage areas of tension, especially helpful before bedtime or promote a good night's sleep.

Calming Body Cream

Add 6 drops of a calming blend (or simply use 6 drops of one of our premixed calming blends) to 1 tablespoon Unscented Jojoba Cream. Massage into hands or apply as a body moisturiser. Can be used throughout the day to help you stay calm, or at night to assist with relaxation.

Safety Information

For Adults and children over 12. Halve the dosages for children under 12 and the elderly or immune compromised. Seek professional advice for use in children under 2 years of age. Use only as directed. Refer to label for Directions for Use. Never ingest essential oils unless under the guidance of a health care practitioner.

Description

Many essential oils are effective natural remedies which help regulate our moods and support our sense of well-being. Here are our top recipes for soothing, nurturing and supporting children’s emotional needs throughout the day:

CALM KIDS DOWN

Add 6 drops CALM KIDS blend to a diffuser. Featuring a tranquil blend of Lime, Lavender & Frankincense; this combination creates a peaceful, relaxing environment for children and helps promote a calm atmosphere for the entire family.

PICK ME UP

Add 6 drops VITALITY blend to a diffuser. Bringing an effervescent freshness which makes the day look brighter, this blend of Bergamot, Lime, Grapefruit & May Chang will help lift dull spirits and is especially helpful is boosting positivity when feeling unwell.

CLEAR STUFFY NOSES

Add 6 drops EZI-BREATHE blend to a diffuser. A cleansing and blend of essential oils each of which has been traditionally used in aromatherapy to relieve nasal congestion and mild upper respiratory tract congestion (refer to safety information below)

SOOTHE TROUBLED MINDS

Add 4 drops Mandarin, 3 drops Lavender, 1 drop Chamomile Roman to a diffuser. This combination of gentle, soothing essential oils is ideal for children.

SLEEPY BYE BYES

Diffuse calming and sedative essentials in the evening (such as CALM KIDS or SWEET DREAMS or LAVENDER). Soothe tension with a gentle body massage using SLEEPY LAVENDER massage oil. Give kids a warm aromatic bath to help them get a good night's sleep. Combine 3 drops SWEET DREAMS or 3 drops LAVENDER with 3 drops Essential Oil dispersant and add to a warm bath. For extra relaxation benefits, add a handful of Epsom Salts.

Safety Information

Use 3 drops of essential oil in total in diffusers in children's bedrooms and ensure the room is well ventilated. Use only as directed. Refer to label for Directions for Use. HOUSEHOLD CLEANING

All-Purpose Cleaner

In a spray bottle, mix 1 cup of water, 1 cup of white vinegar, and add 15 drops of Lemon essential oil and 10 drops of Tea Tree essential oil. Shake well before each use.

Fresh Carpet Powder

Mix 1 cup of baking soda with 20 drops of Eucalyptus essential oil. Sprinkle over carpets, let it sit for 15 minutes, then vacuum thoroughly.

Safety Information

Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not use on polished or waxed surfaces without testing a small area first. For external use only.

RESTFUL SLEEP

Diffuser Blend

Add 4 drops of Lavender, 3 drops of Cedarwood, and 2 drops of Vetiver to your diffuser 30 minutes before bedtime.

Pillow Mist

In a small spray bottle, add 1/2 cup of distilled water and 10-15 drops of Sweet Dreams blend. Shake well and lightly mist your pillow before sleeping.

Safety Information

Avoid contact with eyes. If you are pregnant or under a doctor's care, consult your physician. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs.

Breathe Easy Steam

Add 2-3 drops of Ezi-Breathe blend to a bowl of hot (not boiling) water. Drape a towel over your head and inhale the steam for 5-10 minutes.

Immune Support Rub

Dilute 5 drops of a protective blend (like Tea Tree or Lemon) with 1 tablespoon of jojoba oil and massage onto the soles of your feet.

Safety Information

Not for internal use. For steam inhalation, keep eyes closed. Halve dosages for children and the elderly.
